Massage therapy services provided by Haven by Hailey are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. The information collected through the booking form, including any health information You voluntarily provide, is used solely to tailor the massage session to Your comfort and safety. Clients with existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed physician before booking a session. By submitting a booking request You acknowledge that massage therapy is a wellness service and not a substitute for professional medical care. Haven by Hailey assumes no liability for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
You may not use the Service for any purpose other than requesting massage therapy services. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to the Haven by Hailey name, logo, and visual design, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our content and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manatee County, Florida. Any claim arising from use of the Service must be brought within 1 year of the incident giving rise to the claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
